Buyers Agency in the Northern Beaches

One of my recent clients assigned me to be their Buyers Agent to assist them in their purchase of a home in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

 

The couple was busy professionals with a young child and had decided that the Northern Beaches was to be their base in Sydney. Their requirements were simple but important. Their child had a serious allergy to damp, so this meant that the property should be well ventilated. Easier said than found.

 

They contacted me at Kathryn Hall Rea Estate as they were aware that I have been an established Real Estate Agent in the area for over 35 years and that I live in the suburb they had pinpointed as where they wanted to be based. My extensive knowledge of property on the Northern Beaches is intricate and immense and my relationship with other Real Estate Agents in the area is strong and well respected. This was the formula they were looking for: Someone who know the “ins and outs”, what is a good street, what is a shady street and the effect that the topography would have on any property they bought. This was especially related due to the damp allergy of their young child.

 

Some sides of some streets are notoriously damp. The property may not get crucial sun at certain times of the year and this is importation when considering a home on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Sun, light and BREEZE are essential!

 

I know each street, the sun direction & the history of many of the homes in the area.  Another reason for this couple to have employed me as their Buyers Agent was to complete all the negotiations on the property.

 

The professional couple had found a home they loved, my job was to asses the “damp situation” do a complete search for the property, advise, arrange for a building, damp and pest inspection, get the “experts in” then negotiate the sale price.

 

The deal was sealed, buyers were happy, the owners were happy and I had a great business relationship with the vendors agent as well.
